My Therapy Approach

I integrate Individual Psychology, Behavioral, REBT, CBT, Existential, Person- Centered, Gestalt, and RCT, relational psychodynamic, ACT, and narrative therapies to support high-functioning adults and anyone else navigating complex family dynamics, trauma, and identity formation, depression, anxiety, grief, and PTSD.

Guiding principles of my therapy practice

I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who grapple with complex family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, and identity formation. My approach combines relational psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and narrative therapies to foster self-understanding, authenticity, and resilience. Each session is tailored to help clients build self-worth, navigate personal challenges, and develop meaningful life paths.
